Comprehensive Psychological Evaluations

Children, adolescents, and young adults. (ages 4 to 21)

Our Assessment Center staff conducts the evaluations in a confidential and child-friendly environment. Our staff includes clinical psychologists with over 30 years experience working as teachers and clinicians with at-risk children, adolescents, young adults, and their families who are experiencing emotional and behavioral issues. Upon completion of the evaluation, you will receive a comprehensive written report with individualized recommendations. We will meet with you for a followup/ feedback session to review and discuss all results and recommendations. Our staff will collaborate with your child’s physician, Occupational Therapist, Speech/Language Therapist, and/or school educational team with recommendations for targeted tutoring, therapy, and/or referrals to other services. We can also assist in requests for revisions to Individual Education Plans (IEPs), 504 Plans, and other special education services and requests for reasonable accommodations as mandated by IDEA (Individuals with Disabilities Education Act). The cost of the evaluation varies depending on the battery of tests. Many insurance plans are accepted and a sliding scale fee is available for self-pay clients.
