This program provides a local, caring and loving connection for out of town families, enabling local seniors to age in place safely and with dignity. JFCS creates individualized plans of support for program beneficiaries, and bridges connections to essential community resources, providing peace of mind for families beyond our region and supportive services to seniors where needed.
